You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
• To be considered for the role, you must possess a Forklift License About this work area As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
• Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
• Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
• Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
• A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.
• A 'Togetherness' mindset where you'll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers.
• Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently.
• An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
• Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
