FT/Perm Guest Services Agent (Front Desk Reception) A little bit about us: Located on fifty acres of absolute beachfront, Elements of Byron is an award-winning resort known for its laid-back luxury and exceptional guest experiences.

Offering barefoot luxury at every step, ensuring unforgettable moments for both guests and staff in this stunning coastal paradise.

To set you up to succeed: Two weeks of structured training will be provided to you covering the tasks required on both the morning and afternoon shifts.
You will also be assigned a buddy who will support you as you learn the system and resort features.

The role: Working on our reception desk, you will be responsible for ensuring we do not merely deliver service but do more than is expected to create meaningful and authentic moments of hospitality.
Checking guests in and out daily, making reservations over the phone, running daily reports to identify any special requests, anticipating guests' service needs, and complying with policies and procedures.
You will listen to and resolve guests' complaints or concerns, but there will always be a manager there to support you when required.

The hours: Full-time permanent role available working 38 hours a week, across a 7-day rotating roster.

The shifts: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm.
We are looking for people who can be flexible to work these shifts.

Requirements:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
Experience working in a 4-5 star resort/hotel front office environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera or Opera Cloud.
Ability to communicate with a diverse range of guests and visitors.
Full availability to work weekends and public holidays.
Remain calm and effective in emergency and high-pressure situations.
