You will collaborate with a diverse and talented team to create innovative solutions that make a tangible difference in the world of work.As part of this team of amazing humans, You will be responsible for:Shaping a product that helps people develop in their career and keep track of their professional goalsWorking in a highly collaborative cross-functional teamSharing your technical expertise and insights to enhance team performanceMaintaining and enhancing the codebase to ensure scalability and reliabilityYou have Experience building multilingual, accessible web-based applicationsProficiency in Typescript, React, and frontend patterns/architecture You areA proactive and clear communicator who values empathy and kindnessCapable of articulating your ideas and feelings when writing or speaking, and open to the perspectives others bringExperienced in working well in a highly collaborative cross-functional environmentFocused on customer and product thinking, always considering how your work impacts our customers and improves their experience We believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our success.
