ABOUT THE ROLE:
Maximise guest satisfaction by ensuring efficient management of all guest requests, including service recovery. Assist in the delivery of staff training, development, and performance management. Assist in cost control to maximise productivity while providing maximum comfort to our guests. Ensure any initiatives, such as front desk upselling, are implemented on time and driven to budget. ABOUT YOU:
You seek to understand, solve, and exceed. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of front office, including night audit and related reservations systems. Solid experience in a front office supervisory or managerial role in a 4- or 5-star property. Formal tertiary hospitality qualifications highly desirable. Confident and can lead, train, coach, and motivate a team. Ability to communicate and negotiate with influence, and able to develop effective relationships across all departments. You are proud, and have immaculate grooming and personal presentation. Have the ability and willingness to work full time on a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
