Job Description We are looking to appoint a Front Office Supervisor at our Oaks Moranbah Suites on a Part-Time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to grow their Hotel industry experience. Truly excellent and highly supported progression plan to full-time Hotel Manager for the right candidate in twelve to eighteen months. About the role: Guide & support the team in providing outstanding guest welcoming and experiences Act as a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the team Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner Conduct guest arrivals and departures Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner Must be available weekends Additional shifts in housekeeping may be required to support existing staff. Shifts run 8am-6pm on weekdays with break from 12pm-2pm.
