In this service driven role, you'll be the face and first point of contact for guests at RACV Royal Pines Resort. You'll be on your feet at the reception desk, interacting with guests in a professional manner, to deliver exceptional customer service.Full availability and flexibility is required to work a rotating roster, Sunday-Saturday, between 7am-11pm, inclusive of evenings, weekends & public holidays.This could be just the right role for you?Reporting to the Duty Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include:Facilitate guest check ins & check outs and provide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenitiesPerform administration duties, answer incoming calls, general enquiries & assisting guests with their requestsReceive, record and process enquiries and bookingsMaximize accommodation bookings by upselling/upgradingCross sell & upsell products & servicesAssist with lobby shop sales, process payments, maintain records and accurately collect, receipt, and record all moniesCommunicate & collaborate with other departments, ie. restaurant reservations, concierge, housekeeping, security, maintenance, spa & golfWhat you'll need to be successfulExperience in front office reception in 4-5 star hotel/resort environmentA professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skillsAttention to detail, ability to problem solve, be organised and possess efficient time management skillsBe friendly, confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitudeWork well under pressure, in a team environment and with diverse groups of peopleExcellent personal presentationWe are OfferingFull-time 38 hours week | Competitive salary + penalties for evenings, weekends & public holidaysDiscounts on RACV products & resortsEmployee of the month awards & recognitionUniformParking onsiteThe RACV differenceBe part of a team who cares.
