Our client is a leading agency with a highly productive and professional team representing the Eastern Suburbs Real Estate market.
Currently seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to join their team, this position will see you being the right-hand man to the Operations Manager.
You'll have the chance to make a real impact!
Not only will you oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, but you'll also provide essential support to the Residential Sales team.
It's a position that offers a refreshing change of pace and endless opportunities for personal and professional growth!
DutiesManage a large, diverse workloadDirecting calls to appropriate areaListing properties via different channelsProcessing agency agreements / property files / exchanges / marketing / settlementsEnsure all meetings/meeting rooms are prepared for clientsStationery ordersReporting, filing and record keepingMaintaining, monitoring and updating office complianceAssisting sales, property management and admin staff with general services and help desk enquiriesResponsible for the presentation and maintenance of the officeSkills and experienceIdeally Real estate experienceComputer literateExceptional verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding customer service skillsHigh attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWell-presented, excited and enthusiastic.
