Join our administrative team and provide unmatched support and guidance to our staff, patients, and clinical teams throughout the hospital. About The Role The Front Office Manager manages a team of approximately 8.6FTs, and covers four main hospital functions:
ReceptionMaternity Pre-Admissions and BookingSurgical Pre-Admissions and BookingTheatre BookingThe role reports directly to the Director of Finance and Hospital Support Services, and works closely with the Executive and Senior Management team to ensure effective operations of the hospital.
You will work collaboratively with the billing manager / billings team to ensure revenue protection and works with other departments and members of the executive management team to achieve all departmental, Hospital, Ramsay Key Performance Indicators, and strategic objectives.
Your Skills and Experience Office management experience with proven ability to manage a teamStrong planning and organisational skillsProven ability to manage and work effectively in a team environment and independently as requiredDemonstrated commercial acumenQualification in health management or related discipline will be highly regardedKnowledge of private health, health fund contracting systems and processes (desired)Prior experience with patient administration software desiredRemuneration Remuneration dependent on experience level and qualifications.

About Our Hospital Frances Perry House is a leading private maternity and women's health hospital in Melbourne.
The hospital accommodates 93 beds including surgical and maternity units, Level 4 Special Care Nursery, 6 birthing suites, 4 operating theatres, a day surgery unit and urodynamics procedure room.
