Job DescriptionA Front Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and reception area of a company. They are responsible for managing the front office staff, overseeing guest services, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients.
ResponsibilitiesLead the Front Office TeamPerform all tasks related to Front Office workTrain the Front Office staffManage and supervise the team to achieve guest experience and brand KPIsDevelop and maintain the workflow of the Front OfficeResponsible for the quality of customer serviceEnsure high-level guest satisfaction and experienceBuild strong relationships and liaise with all other departmentsPerform administrative duties (reports, accounts, data, accuracy, and legality of invoices)Supervise and coordinate the front desk staffEnsure efficient and friendly guest serviceManage reservations and room assignmentsHandle guest inquiries and complaintsOversee the maintenance of guest records and accountsDevelop and implement front office policies and proceduresCollaborate with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfactionPrepare regular reports and budgetsEnsure compliance with company standards and regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or related fieldSimilar experience in an international chain hotelProven experience in a managerial roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in OPERA and Microsoft OfficeStrong leadership and organizational abilitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyFluency in EnglishHigh degree of computer skillsProfessional attitude displayed towards guests and colleagues
