Job DescriptionSummary of Responsibilities:Reporting to Front Office Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceGreet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followedAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayRespond to each guest who approaches the Reception DeskDrive rate through up-selling room brandsFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedPhysical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:
