About this position We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team on a casual basis. This role is essential in maintaining high customer service standards and delivering exceptional experiences for all attendees. You will assist in all aspects of Front of House services across a diverse range of performances and events.
Reporting to the Coordinator of the Don Russell Performing Arts Centre (DRPAC), this position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment. DRPAC hosts over 100 shows and events annually, including in-house productions, community hires and national tours featuring performances from leading professional companies.
What we are looking for To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:
Ability to work in a theatre or events environment providing community-based services and programs Experience working with box office ticketing software, TicketSearch preferred Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills Availability to work weekend and evening shifts as required Provide First Aid certification Approved Managers Card RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old) Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage as it is an appointment condition.
