This role is responsible for reporting results to management, the Board, and other stakeholders, whilst driving and managing the group-wide forecasting and budget activities.You will support long-term forecasting with a particular focus on cash outlook and debt profile, performance analysis of group results, and determining risks and opportunities to deliver to target.Key ResponsibilitiesBudgeting, Forecasting and Planning: Manage an integrated forecasting and business planning process, comprising an annual budget, a biannual forecasting process, monthly operational outlook collation, and analysis.Monthly Performance Review and Outlook: Analyze business results and identify key trends relevant to group performance across the P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Debt Profile, etc.Ownership of monthly CFO and CEO updates including the latest outlook along with levers/options available to deliver targets over the short term.Financial Overview: Prepare the annual/half-year financial overview document that explains the key business outcomes reflected in the statutory financial statements presented to the Board for approval.Cash, Debt & Working Capital Management: Prepare mid- and longer-term cash forecasting.Capital Management: Model and maintain oversight of the impact key capital management initiatives may have on the business.Capital Expenditure: Maintain the capital expenditure forecast and work closely with Operations, IT, and Commercial to ensure the forecast is robust.
