Job Description Managing 1 x CA Qualified Accountant, whilst leading and delivering on company specific finance initiatives and projects in line with company vision Joint venture accounting Prepare consolidated monthly financial statements and provide commentary Prepare monthly board reports Complete half and full year statutory requirements Build, modify and maintain accounting models Prepare monthly forecasts, budgets and five year plans Provide technical accounting advice in line with accounting standards and governance to mitigate financial and operational risk The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A/Accounting Lead should have:
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CA Qualified Big 4/Mid Tier Audit trained Relevant commercial experience in the mining/natural resources sector, ideally in an FP&A or Business Partner role Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Strong knowledge of accounting legislation and standards Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills What's on Offer A competitive salary package A diverse and inclusive workplace culture Opportunities for professional development and career progression Leadership opportunities
