Forklift/Production Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Afternoon Shift Forklift/Production Machine Operator to join our team in Toowoomba. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse, as well as operating various manufacturing machines to produce goods according to specifications.
Responsibilities: - Operate a forklift to safely and efficiently move materials and products around the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks, stack and store materials in designated areas
- Operate manufacturing machines, such as lathes, mills, and presses, to produce goods
- Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and perform quality checks on finished products
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and production areas
Requirements: - Proven experience as a forklift operator and/or machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Valid forklift license and certification
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, police check and Drug and Alcohol screening
