Foreman / Supervisor

The Company
My client is a Queensland-based Civil Contractor specialising in Infrastructure and Land Development. They have been consistently growing, and have multiple locations across Queensland. Due to impressive growth in the South East Queensland region, they are looking for a capable foreman to run their projects in the Northern Brisbane or Logan/Gold Coast region. They have gained a great reputation for their quality of work.

The Role and Responsibilities
You will be the foreman on a range of civil projects around Northern Brisbane / Moreton Bay or Gold Coast /Logan regions.
Work Alongside Project Managers and Engineers to deliver projects
Supervise, manage, and motivate the site team
Assist with progress reporting, procurement, and documentation
Manage clients and stakeholders as required
Run the day-to-day on-site
Requirements
3+ years supervising civil projects - including road infrastructure and subdivisions
Strong leadership and communication skills
Driver License
Attention to detail
Energetic with a positive attitude and a team player
Remuneration
Salary up to $150k+ package (depending on experience)
