We are looking for a staff member who we will train to open and close the store.They will have the following skills to be able to succeed in this role: Ability to work under pressure Ability to smile, converse and develop relationships with customers Strong work ethic & willingness to learn Ability to problem solve on their own, or come with a solution to the manager before asking a question Commitment to serving great quality coffee and dessert The tasks you'll be doing: Make dessert and coffee Open and close the store Basic cafe prep work, cleaning and admin work Conversing with customers and developing rapport
