We are looking for an enthusiastic superstar to join our team!We are looking for someone who is passionate and represents our service philosophy. They must be open to adapting their skills in creating great experiences, all of this underpinned by being a true Heartist.The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume venue, and a passion for people and service/experiences. They must be able to multitask at a high level whilst developing individual team members and the team as a whole. You will also have a hands-on management style and flexible work ethic.Job DescriptionAs Sixteen Antlers Bar Supervisor you will:Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service is provided to all visitors.Liaise with the Food & Beverage teams to ensure venue standards are upheld.Set up procedures to protect and maintain bar service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carrying out regular stocktaking.Maintain effective communication with the team regarding upcoming events and venue requirements, e.g., weekly meetings with the management team and kitchen brigade.Ensure all mise-en-place is completed prior to visitors' arrival.Set up, pack down, and coordinate events on the day when required.Proactively create unique experiences tailored to the visitors, clients, and guests.Handle any escalated visitor complaints to a positive outcome.Be knowledgeable of and operate within the outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.QualificationsFlexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and public holidays.Excellent communication skills.Being a true hospitality professional dedicated to providing customer service excellence.Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).Additional InformationBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Access to Accor employee benefits, including discounted accommodation and food & beverage discounts.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.If you're ready to make your mark in the dynamic world of hospitality and help us redefine what it means to stay with Pullman & Mercure King George Square, we invite you to apply.
