Ensuring all guests receive an exceptional, luxury dining experienceHigh volume preparation of coffees, teas and other refreshments to a luxury standardTaking guests orders & maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive sellingMaintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requestsHandle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a professional mannerQualifications
What you will bring to the role: Experience as a Barista – proven ability to produce high quality coffees in a fast paced environmentExperience adjusting and balancing grinds, working with all varieties of milk and producing basic latte art as a minimumAdditional experience working as a Food & Beverage Attendant in both buffet and a la carte environmentsAttention to detail including consistency and cleanliness throughout shiftStrong interpersonal and communication skills and emotional intelligenceAvailability to work mornings on both weekdays and weekendsKnowledge of health and safety regulations & food handling best practicesAble to learn menu items, to connect and share with guests, and create memorable dining experiencesAdditional Information
