About The Role:
You will assist in overseeing the operation of the restaurant across a variety of meal periods, through progressive team development and above all consistency in the delivery of a quality and memorable guest experience.

You will provide on-the-job coaching and support to food & beverage staff working under your supervision
Supervise a team of food & beverage attendants to ensure the productivity and quality standards are achieved in all processes and especially with respect to guest service and satisfaction.
Be the face of our food and wine offering by taking orders, making recommendations and answering questions about our offerings.
Perform administrative tasks in relation to the shift and in preparation for the next.
I.e.
stock levels, POS close
About You:

You will succeed in this role if you have
A passion for everything food and beverage and sound knowledge to back that up

Passion for hospitality and a drive for excellence.
The resolve to deliver exceptional guest services and create a unique and memorable experience with personality.
Have a knack for creating relationships and connections with our staff and guests
Immaculate presentation and communication skills
Able to work a 7 day roster, over different meal periods.
Able to work over Easter, Christmas and public holidays
Hold a valid RSA
