Job Title: Food and Beverage AttendantAveo is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to our residents. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals and service to our dining rooms and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:Provide a high level of customer service to residents during lunch and dinner service timesAssist in the daily preparation of meals, including light kitchen prep such as making salads and sandwichesAssist with the delivery of food and beveragesFollow all kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices, including general cleaning and washing upComplete the setup and pack down of the dining room spaceRequirements:A friendly and warm persona with a passion for building relationships and chatting with residentsExperience in a fast-paced hospitality, restaurant, or customer service environmentCurrent Police check (required, but we can complete for you)Two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)What We Offer:$32.32/hr including 25% casual loading + relevant Aged Care Award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime, and allowances + superannuationAll our shifts finish early - no late nightsA great place to start or further your hospitality careerEmployee Referral Program and Employee Assistance ProgramDiscounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providersThe opportunity to pick up shifts at neighboring communities
