We're not just the largest charter brokerage in the world, but also the largest charter family, holding those same values that started this business at the core of everything we do.Job DescriptionWorking within the Charter Team, your main responsibilities would be to ensure that private charter flights are managed from initial enquiry, quotation, booking of aircraft to the completion of the charter.Build and maintain relationships with key travel bookers over your assigned client portfolio.Build and maintain relationships with operators.Assist in growing operator database and ensure operator and fleet data is accurate and up to date.Manage charter requests from clients in a timely manner.Manage and communicate all booking changes as required.Create flight briefs and post flight reports.Ensure all flight bookings adhere to our legal and compliance guidelines.Manage client and supplier invoicing requirements.Adhoc reporting requested by clients.Domestic travel may be required from time to time to visit clients and operators.Assisting brokers with adhoc tasks from time to time.The role requires flexible working hours.
