You will manage vendor relationships, oversee insurance renewals, handle traffic citations and accidents, and ensure accurate billing for fleet services.
Duties & Responsibilities include: Developing strong relationships with key vendors in Australia and New ZealandMaintaining an accurate record of current vehicles, including driver details, VINs, and operating hoursCoordinating repairs and maintenance with branchesRecommending vehicle disposal when they become uneconomicalProcessing registrations, insurance, fuel cards, tolls, and finesEnsuring quality control for delivered vehicles and addressing supplier issuesExecuting other duties as assigned by managementAbout You Some post-secondary education in business administration is an asset but not requiredProblem-solving skills; ability to assess situation; evaluate options and select and act upon best solutionGood working knowledge of MS OfficeValid driver's license and clean driver's abstract are requiredDetail oriented and able to multi-taskGood interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skillsAbout Us: Brandt is a world-leading equipment dealer, powered by iconic brands and unrivalled support.
