What will you be doing? Mentor and support team in line with revenue and profit targets relevant to their teams.Form new or strengthen existing relationships in the region with Clients, Suppliers & SubcontractorsManage and oversee the budgets and P&LOperate across both wet and dry fire service staffPrepare monthly departmental strategy and financial reports reflecting short, medium and long term goalsFocus on bringing in new work to the business and growing the Fire line in your region.What do we need? Proven experience (minimum five years) in a reputed Fire Services Management role with financial responsibility for a service departmentStrong management and leadership ability at a technical level with the ability to develop, coach and mentor employeesConstruction and minor works service experience, including estimating and project deliveryHigh attention to detail with excellent communication both written and verbalExperience in the Hard Technical Maintenance of Facilities Management industry would be an advantageExpertise in using an Enterprise systemWhat will we give you?
