Financial Planning Client Services Officer

Join this fast-paced Central Coast based financial services firm, providing support to our Financial Advisers and excellent customer service to our clients.You will be responsible for client services support within our small and dynamic team. The role will see you involved in a high level of client contact and servicing to ensure that their financial objectives and strategies are being carried out.As a Client Service Officer your duties will be to:Provide quality support to the Financial Advisers in managing the client process from first contact through to implementation and ongoing client support. Includes preparation for new clients and client reviews.Communicate with clients and financial institutions on a daily basis in relation to queries via email, phone, and in person.Prepare files and documentation in advance of client appointments.Process/lodge and track client applications/claims including liaising with clients and financial institutions.Attend client meetings as required.Liaise with our referral partners as necessary.To be considered for this role you will need to have:At least 2 years experience in a similar role in the financial planning industry.Experience with the processing and implementation of superannuation and insurance applications.Strong administrative and organisational skills, including use of client and task management systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Sound self-management skills (e.g. setting and adjusting priorities, managing time, energy, composure, workflow and deadlines).The ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team.A commitment to ongoing improvement of internal systems and processes.Competence in the use of Xplan is desirable.The remuneration offered will reflect experience.Our preference is for this to be a 3-day per-week role; however, we are willing to discuss other options.Enquiries can be made to Troy Chapman on 02 43429*** for a confidential discussion/further information.Immediate start is available for the successful candidate.Only candidates eligible to work in Australia will be considered.Only shortlisted candidates that meet the position criteria and requirements will be contacted.
