With them operating as one, they maintain a "family feel", supportive and progressive working environment, having an average staff tenure of ten years.If you are looking to join an inclusive business that can offer a fantastic opportunity for career growth, then I would advise you to apply today!The key duties for the Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst are:Forecasting and budgeting to send to senior internal stakeholders and provide commentary with a focus on areas of improvement.Creating financial models for the budget and forecasting.Manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting.Devise reports and presentations for stakeholders, again to discuss and identify areas of improvement and cost-saving.Manage and collaborate with other departments and the finance team on budgeting.Work closely with the operation and sales team.Oversee and manage projects within the business.Identify new ways of achieving a strong financial performance for the business.The key attributes needed for this role:Proven experience working as a Finance Analyst or within a commercial role in finance.Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, or similar industries - desirable.Full working rights in Australia.Qualified in a finance body, i.e., CPA or actively studying.Proficient in Excel.
