Responsibilities Controller of the Group's cash position and the implementation of cash-focused remediations & strategies.Supervise the financial reporting close process, regulatory obligations, audit, taxation lodgements & payroll compliance.Lead the monthly and annual budgeting & re-forecasting process.Manage the monthly financial reporting pack and board.Develop internal controls and financial reporting policies, ensuring compliance.Provide leadership, training, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members.Implement process improvement initiatives. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, or a related field, alongside sound experience in financial accounting, particularly within a large complex corporation. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential, as you will build relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to effective financial management outcomes.
