Registered clubs are dedicated to bringing people together and giving back to their local communities, a mission they uphold every day.About the roleThe Head of Finance, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Association and its related entities. This position is responsible for leading the finance team to ensure best practices in finance, accounting, payroll, compliance, governance, risk management, and internal controls. Given our small association, we need someone who is not only a strong leader but also hands-on, actively managing and performing day-to-day financial activities.Key Responsibilities:Finance Leadership: Take a hands-on approach to drive the finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial reports and analyses. Demonstrate a willingness to cover for team members and step in to assist when required.
