ASV continues to grow and expand, maintaining their core values of integrity, customer service, and teamwork.The Role:Reporting to the General Manager and actively working with the MD, the Financial Controller will provide strategic financial leadership, manage financial reporting, and oversee the finance and administration teams. An initial key focus of this role is guiding the business through an ERP system implementation, ensuring seamless integration and operational improvements across all entities.Additionally, you will be responsible for solving complex financial challenges and providing insights that support ASV Sales and Service's continued growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide expert recommendations to the Managing Director, aligning financial strategies with ASV Sales and Service's business goals. Actively contribute to business decisions and offer financial insights that drive company performance.ERP System Implementation: Lead the financial component of the ERP implementation, ensuring the system enhances operational efficiency. Identify potential challenges and provide innovative solutions to resolve them, ensuring a smooth rollout.Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, cash flow monitoring, and financial transactions. Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial and tax compliance.Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Analyse financial data, manage risks, and advise on financial implications.Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Address financial challenges by developing innovative solutions that streamline operations and improve processes.
