Their dedication to excellence, sustainable practices, and continuous growth make them a dynamic and exciting place to work.The Role:We have partnered with them on their search for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to lead their finance team and manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role is integral to the success of the business, as you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and collaborate on key business decisions.Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitor variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring high performance, professional development, and team cohesion.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including taxation, auditing, and reporting requirements.Monitor and manage cash flow to optimise working capital and financial stability.Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.Coordinate and manage annual audits, liaising with external auditors as necessary.
