About the role Reporting to the Manager, Finance Information and Reporting, the Financial Analyst is responsible for coordinating and preparing insightful reporting for InfraBuild's management, executives, and other stakeholders to assist them in assessing performance to form the basis for decision making that maximises value for the company. The role will also have the opportunity for involvement in planning, budgeting and forecasting, M&A and capital markets activities. Other responsibilities include: Reporting requirements for external third parties, such as financiers, credit rating agencies and regulators. Financial Reporting as well as other aspects of our "PMAF" (People, Markets, Assets & Financials), such as production or sales, and be sourced across all business units and functions, covering both historical and prospective information such as plans, budgets and forecasts. Drive and co-ordinate a structured, timely reporting process across the Group, by planning requirements in advance and ensuring stakeholders deliver requirements in-full and on-time. Drive continuous improvement opportunities, to standardise, simplify, streamline and add greater insight to the reporting and analysis, through new reporting or analytical approaches. Develop and manage a data and information repository to provide the Group with a suite of reporting KPIs and measurements in a structured, accessible manner utilising TM1 as the 'single source of truth'. As the Financial Analyst, you are someone who has strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills who can translate significant financial data into concise, meaningful and actionable information for non-finance personnel. Being resourceful and having strong communications skills is a must to be able to work effectively in a cross functional team at all levels of the organisation. Skills and qualifications required: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting. CA or CPA qualified. Post qualification experience within a large/complex environment. Strong communication skills, relationship-building and ability to influence. Strong governance and process mindset to foster financial performance and maintain policies. Experience of using Group Reporting systems, preferably TM1 (Planning Analytics). Strong financial and business acumen.
