Timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational results to the local management teams and parent company.
Contribute to quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in either Finance and/or Accounting.
CPA/CA accreditation is highly desirable.
Prior experience as a Financial Analyst in waste, capital equipment, mining or resources is a plus.
Demonstrated experience managing a P&L and very comfortable with financial detail and variance analysis.
Experience with Reporting/Budgeting systems, major ERP desirable.
Experience delivering financial support to the operational business, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting.
Comfortable building financial models to support ad hoc financial analysis for key company stakeholders.
Able to efficiently and accurately consolidate, transform, and analyse large volumes of data.
Advanced Excel skills (Power Query), Powerpoint, Reporting/Budgeting systems and ERP.
Keen desire to learn the "how to" and "why" of current processes to understand and optimise current business practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
Natural inclination for accuracy and attention to detail.
Be proactive in relation to continuous improvement, understanding processes, and communicating with stakeholders.
Ability to self-manage and work to deadlines.
Deliver financial analysis and insights to the senior leadership team.
