Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, this role will be primarily responsible for accounting and reporting. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional looking for an exciting challenge.Key Responsibilities:Individual entity and consolidated group monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting for the ANZ, Asia, US and Kenya businessesAssist the Group Financial Controller with monthly budget vs actual vs forecast analysis at cost centre, entity, regional and global consolidated levelRevenue and expenditure analysis for ANZ, Asia, US and KenyaMonitor and ensure compliance with financial services licences in ANZ, Asia, US and KenyaAssisting the Group Financial Controller with financial analysis and special projectsAssist in preparation of the CFO report to the Executive team and BoardAssist in preparation of quarterly board reporting to internal boardsAssist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processManaging relationships with stakeholders outside the finance team and reporting to external shareholdersCompleting ad-hoc financial analysis for both internal and external clientsLiaising with Governance team to complete shareholder queriesEvaluating, improving and streamlining reporting processesAssisting with projects within finance and across the businessContributing to the system implementation projectsEvaluating, improving and automating reporting processesQualifications, Experience and Strengths:Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in Accounting/Business or FinanceQualified CA or CPAProven experience with the FP&A team within a corporate Finance teamThorough understanding of Australian Accounting StandardsDemonstration of process improvement/re-engineering experience to improve efficiency and effectivenessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSuperior attention to detailA team player, with strong stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently, whilst thriving in a team environmentPlanning mindset complemented by organization, prioritization and documentation skillsAdvanced Excel skillsInterest in/knowledge of sustainability and impact investing, well regardedAble to demonstrate core finance team capabilities: Client Focus, Cultivates Innovation, CollaboratesHow to Apply: To apply, please provide your resume in PDF format.
