About the role The Tax Accountant plays a key role in the preparation and review of financial accounting and compliance services to our clients.
The role presents a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to quickly become a key contributor to our fast-growing team.
Responsibilities include: Preparation and review of income tax and FBT returns Preparation and review of BAS and IAS Support and mentoring of bookkeeping function and team, including: Xero setup and training (inc. COA) Bank reconciliations Accounts Payable processing Accounts receivable processing Manual journal entries Reconciliations and review Payroll calculations, review and related administration This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Tax Accountant to take the nest step in their career as part of a fast growing team with support from highly skilled and experienced professionals, while making a difference to our clients through outstanding client service delivery.
Requirements About you You will bring your positive, can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, professionalism and customer service focus and you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration/Management (or a related field) Current professional Accounting registration (CPA/CA, etc.)
