Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing payroll. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for keeping the numbers neat and tidy, with the understanding they are the building blocks for integrity in our financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments (debtor follow up is minimal)Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactionsCommunicate with customers and suppliers regarding billing mattersMaintain customer recordsPayroll processing and related filingsOther adhoc accounting and administrative tasksIdeal background:5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accountingTertiary bookkeeping qualifications will be highly regardedStrong understanding (and love) of your debits and creditsHigh proficiency in Xero and ExcelExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesWe invest in your development and offer opportunities to be part of our rapid growth plans.
