Finance Manager - Policy And Governance

This position is ideally suited to someone looking to make their first move from a consulting or big 4 audit firm, who thrives in a detail-orientated role with exposure to senior leadership, and can deliver optimal policies and governance across finance.Responsibilities:Creation and management of detailed policies across the finance functionDevelopment and ownership of robust governance frameworks to ensure adherence to finance policiesDelivery of detailed policy analysis and reporting for senior leadership to drive strategic business decisionsInfluence the direction of corporate structures based on business activities and required business outcomesDevelopment of trusted relationships across the finance function, risk, technology, and external partiesExperience:CA/CPA qualified or equivalentStrong understanding of finance processes, governance, and controlsWorking knowledge of financial services or a large, complex corporate environmentExcellent communicator with strong report writing capabilitiesExcellent attention to detailAbility to build strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders at differing levels of leadership
