Strategic client accountProvide financial management and accounting supportSydney | Land of the Gadigal peopleThe Finance Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional client service while fostering strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves providing high-quality financial and management reporting for the assigned Dexus portfolio and ensuring that all reporting requirements are met on time. Regular collaboration with Dexus and CBRE Facilities Management teams is essential to address queries and maintain effective communication.In addition to core financial responsibilities, the Finance Manager will mentor junior team members and contribute to team discussions aimed at process and system improvements. The position demands strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities, and the ability to meet tight deadlines effectively.The opportunity:Preparation of monthly pack with commentary of P&L items against budget and forecast and reconciliation of balance sheet items, including incentives.Complete outgoings reconciliations for review and approval by Dexus and finalize post year end wash-up exercise in line with outgoings audit timetable.Provide support for budgeting and forecasting to the Property and Facilities Managers.Completion of the outgoings audit process as required.Participate in regular meetings with Dexus, ensuring that all reporting requirements are met by the due dates, that all queries are dealt with promptly and that all deliverables are accurate and to the Dexus specifications.Lead, guide and support junior team members to achieve business outcomes and foster a collaborative culture.On-board new team members with ample training & support.About you:CA/CPA qualified or equivalentAt least 5 year's proven experience in similar role and have strong technical/property accounting background.Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated and/or difficult information, convey and manage stakeholders' expectations and resolve problems in a professional manner.Ability to present financial results and communicate effectively and clearly with all levels of stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to build strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders at differing levels of leadership.So, what's in it for you?Flexibility and freedom to show initiative to do your best work.The opportunity to join a Global brand with a growing national team.Our company is diverse and so are the opportunities for professional and career development.Our people are free to expand their skills and knowledge to drive their careers and reach their full potential.Our mission is to realise the potential in all the businesses & people we work with, so that together we can create the real estate solutions of the future.About us:CBRE is the world's leading & largest commercial real estate services & investment firm; a growing & visionary organisation, comprised of the best & brightest professionals.
