This senior role will provide support to the Director, centre staff and Management Committee as well as build strong working relationships with third party service providers, industry regulators and other key stakeholders.Key TasksManagement of Funding, Finance and FeesPreparation of Payroll/timesheetsPreparation in conjunction with key stakeholders information for annual audits including Processing account transactions in XeroStaff, Management Committee and child onboarding AssistancePreparing in association with relevant stakeholders grant applications and alike to take Centre to the next levelData entry into various workflow systems (internal and external)Preparation of committee board packs monthlyHave or willing to obtain:Emergency First Aid Response In An Education And Care Setting - HLTAID012Working with Children CheckDrivers LicenseRegulated background checks to enable PRODA Registration and recognition of Person with Management and Control abilitiesKey Qualifications/Experience:Experience in being a part of and genuinely contributing to a high performing office environmentDemonstrated experience utilising XeroDemonstrated experience or a willingness to learn PRODA, Xap, ACECQA and other systems as requiredDemonstrated experience and attention to detail in the preparation of business policies, procedures and record keepingExperience with department of education funding and reporting requirements or a willingness to learnHighly regarded but not essential:Bachelor of Early Childhood and Education (Early Years) or other Early Childhood qualificationsOR Formal qualification in business management or alike
