The Organisation:This incredible Finance Lead role will provide you with a rare opportunity to work as a finance manager for a successful, complex manufacturing and mining services business that is a successful joint venture between two prominent blue-chip organisations. The stand-alone business has a demonstrated track record of strong results, largely due to a well-respected Board and strong management team. This role is currently reporting directly to the General Manager and represents a prime opportunity to position yourself as a Commercial Manager in future. This will be a residential-based role in Biloela. The Position:You will be able to use your business partnering, commercial and analysis skills to improve the overall running and performance of the business while also working to improve the depth and quality of reporting. You will be responsible for:Supporting key stakeholders on the operations side of the business to improve performance, reduce costs and make strong commercial decisions.Managing the budgeting and forecasting process as well as CAPEX reporting. Managing the end-of-month financial and management reportingManaging a committed team of 5 staffAnalysing various performance and operational KPIs to drive efficiencies.Reviewing the end-of-month reporting and tax compliance.Board reporting.What this Role will do for you:This role will help broaden your commercial exposure, leadership abilities and analysis skills and will help position you for a Commercial Manager position within several years. Your Profile:You will have a substantial competitive advantage with strong manufacturing industry experience.
