Finance Manager - Contract Role

The CompanyOur clients are market leaders across Retail Leasing and Asset Management and are seeking a Finance professional to manage the day-to-day accounting, budgeting, and forecasting across their assets.The RolePrepare, coordinate and review forecasts and budgets including P&L, capital requirements, internal fees, long-term forecasts, valuations and returns for dedicated portfolio of properties. Ensure that results are timely, accurate, and insightful.Undertake analysis including cashflow forecasting, IRR calculations, variance and sensitivity analysis and valuation impacts, supporting quick decision making.Liaise with external service providers, such as valuers and third-party owners to enable relevant reporting requirements to be met.Coordinate and liaise with investment management and property management teams to produce the financial aspects of various reporting requirements.Assist with due diligence associated with on-boarding and off-boarding of properties when required.Participate in process improvements, reporting enhancements, data optimisation and business change management projects across relevant systems to achieve best business outcomes.Work collaboratively with team members and various internal stakeholders to ensure system/data integrity, and efficient information flow and promote best practices.Provide assistance and support to the other members of the property management and investment management teams.The CandidateBachelor degree in accounting, property, finance or related discipline.CPA / CA preferred but not required.Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar environment.Possess knowledge of property markets with a sound understanding of valuation drivers.The BenefitsWork within a Major listed REIT.Opportunity to be part of a new system integration.Positive team culture and mentorship.Attractive salary on offer.Please call Tiffany Jolly on 0412 761 144 for more information or email your CV to ****** applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
