The opportunity An exciting new opportunity to join our AusPac Financial Planning team. As the Finance Manager focused on business development, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategies that support our growth initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, evaluate new business opportunities, and develop financial models that inform strategic decisions.
Your new role Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to undertake financial assessments that align with business initiatives.
Lead the development and enhancement of reporting processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
About you The successful candidate will have significant experience within a similar Finance Manager role with a solid background in the Financial Services or Insurance Industry. You will have extensive Finance Partnering experience and you will also have:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools; experience with financial software is a plus.
