Finance Graduate - Trainee Account ManagerWhat's so exciting about this role?These roles sit within flexicommercial (part of humm group). We are looking for recent finance graduates (or students graduating in the next ~6 months) to join us on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to learn while being part of an awesome team. You will be given full training and be supported as you learn and develop your skills. Once training is completed, you will provide general support to the Commercial Sales team with a core focus of assisting finance brokers to facilitate their customers' equipment finance needs.This role has a strong customer service focus. You will be responsible for your own tasks and also stepping in and assisting others in the team wherever necessary to maintain service levels to brokers and their customers.What Does An Average Day Look Like?No day is average at flexicommercial but here's an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:Work collaboratively with the Commercial Sales team including Business Development Managers and Account Managers to facilitate finance broker applications on behalf of their customers.Assist the Commercial Sales and wider Commercial team in administrative requirements and general support as required.Assist in the implementation of new practices and programs to meet organisational and broker needs.Provide a variety of support services to the Commercial Account Management team, using entry to intermediate level finance knowledge.Assist with the implementation of marketing plans and promotions to brokers.Take broker and customer calls and assist them either directly in their requirements or referring them to the appropriate department within flexicommercial.Who will thrive in this role?We are also looking for someone who brings:Degree qualified (or still studying) in a finance related degree (economics, commerce, business, accounting etc)Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite such as PowerPoint, Word, ExcelStrong customer service focusBasic understanding of loansExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood numerical and analytical skillsDemonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm and tenacityExcellent organisational, administration and time management skillsHigh attention to detailAptitude for embracing new challengesAbility to collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders as well as work independentlyWe will be reviewing and interviewing as applications come in so if you are interested, apply now!
