This includes providing timely/quality information on BU performance as well as reviewing and challenging product and pricing decisions, driving budgeting and planning processes and improving operational processes.The FBP role partners with the Vaccine MCO Lead in order to ensure achievement of business objectives, focusing on growth and transformation. The FBP ensures focus on bold new approaches (e.g. digital), promotes innovation, speed and agility to reach these objectives. The role works in close partnership with local and global teams to steer the business, leveraging best practices sharing and scale up, giving opportunities for people to develop new skills and gain diversified experience.Main ResponsibilitiesLead budget & forecasts.Provide MCO Vaccines FBP, MCO Vaccines General Manager, consolidated ANZ P&L (including CLF) update and advises of attention points.Partner with MCO Vaccine GM regarding ANZ business strategy and financial insight.Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, developing corrective actions to close gaps where they are required.Ensure the consistency of macro-economic hypotheses in the planning/budgeting/forecasting processes.Prepare forward-looking analyses, focusing not only on past performance but also foreseeing risks & opportunities in coming quarters/years with action plan proposals in order to ensure target achievements.Co-pilot and challenge the business investments and resource allocation through the appropriate use of KPIs, prioritization measures and operational analysis.Develop accurate financials for the forecasts, budget, strategic plan processes that reflect the business strategy.Seek opportunities for continuous improvement, challenge the status quo and apply TRT thinking through experimentation and testing innovative solutions.About youPrevious or current experience within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar).Deep business acumen and detailed market knowledge.Proven ability to manage multiple projects as well as work effectively with cross-functional partners.Ability to drive process improvement and change initiatives across the organization.Creative, diligent and strong analytical thinking mindset.Why choose us?You'll lead the strategy in a role that offers the chance to drive significant impact in a high-profile position, shaping the future of the business and making a real difference in patients' lives.Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.Take good care of yourself and your family with benefits including prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks' gender-neutral parental leave.Enjoy a well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.
