Your new role
Due to continued growth, you'll report into the Financial Controller, and be based onsite in Ulverstone. As the Finance Business Partner, you'll lead a team and focus on supporting the performance of the business. Operating with a high level of autonomy, your core tasks will include:
Assisting with annual financial statement preparation and audit requirements
Monitor capital and operating expenditure
Work with department managers on key performance information and reports
Run monthly performance reports
Be involved in Cost of Production forecasting and modelling
Other project work as required, including system development
What you'll need to succeed
CA or CPA Qualified, you'll be outcome focused and have the proven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines. You'll have well-developed communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset which lends itself to problem-solving. A high-level proficiency in excel is also essential, and you'll enjoy problem-solving with key stakeholders right across the organisation. This is an excellent role for someone with extensive experience within a similar role in the accounting industry. You'll also be prepared to undergo a national police check prior to commencement.
