This position will sit specifically within the River Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project, a key SA infastructure project that will complete 78km of non-stop, traffic light-free motorway between Gawler and Old Noarlunga.
The location of the role will be split between T2D site (corner of Richmond Road and South Terrace) and the head office at Dry Creek.
Job Description Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for: Ensuring accounts payable transactions are processed Rectifying invoice exceptions in the system and the accounts payable email inbox Reviewing and approving subcontractor claims Accurate and timely reconciliation of supplier statements Liaise and build strong relationships with suppliers Monitoring the system for aged invoices and following up users for approvals Monthly reporting on aged payables and reconciling goods receipted but not yet invoiced reports The Successful Applicant Communication and stakeholder engagement will be crucial for this role.
