Your key remit at a high level will include (not limited to): Providing strategic and financial insight and advice to key stakeholders in the organisation Commercial analysis Management Accounting including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Value add modelling and analysis Business partnering with stakeholders and supporting the Exec team by providing insights based on your deep understanding of the business Explaining financial matters to non-finance stakeholders in a clear, concise manner Improvement projects in relation to budgeting, forecasting and management reporting Your Background In order to be considered for this Finance Business Partner opportunity you will meet the following criteria: Be professionally qualified as an Accountant (e.g.
CA, CPA or equivalent) Have at least 2 years of analytical and stakeholder management experience Demonstrated understanding of budgeting and management reporting practices Proven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships Ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound strategic recommendations Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Prior experience working in the Arts, or an interest in the Arts would be well-regarded however is not a pre-requisite.
