Finance Assistant (Temporary Contract)

We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team on a short term basis, providing temporary support within our finance team. The Finance Assistant will work across our three agencies, Octagon, Futures Sport & Entertainment, and No2ndPlace.Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will work across:Project accounting – job creation, invoicing, WIP reviews, cost reconciliationsJournal entriesSupport in preparation of management and financial reportsOther general administrative duties as required e.g. creating purchase orders, expense claims, systems administrationSkills required:Analytical thinkerImpeccable attention to detail and accuracyA high level of confidentialityGood interpersonal and customer-friendly skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsTeam player who thrives in a fast paced environmentExperience with cSAP will be beneficialPrevious experience in finance system administrationIf you are looking for a short term opportunity and are interested in the Finance Assistant support role, we would love to hear from you.
