ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a well known architectural studio who is seeking an individual to provide financial and administrative support to their team, clients, and consultants. The Role
In this role, you will be the Finance Administrator for a team of 40+, you will contribute to the vibrant team culture, report to company directors, and work closely with the studio's external accountant. Your key responsibilities will include:
Administer and enter accounts payable / receivable, cost management and general ledger Preparing and issue monthly invoices, fee forecasts, debtors, and budget reports Managing bill payments and pursuing overdue invoices Administering individual salary packages, travel expenses, allowances Executing salary and payroll requirements, including associated office tax procedures Preparing working papers monthly to send to the accountant for budget preparation Reviewing and renewing insurance policies Providing general business support tasks responding to stakeholder needs Offering reception and general administration backup when needed Assisting and supporting marketing and social events The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have 4+ years' experience in a similar role, a friendly personality and the ability to naturally connect and interact with people, including co-workers, clients, and consultants. Advanced knowledge of MYOB software is required, and an understanding of Synergy and the industry is preferred, but a determination to learn will be highly regarded. Above all, we are looking for someone to represent this studio's collaborative and service-oriented culture in all aspects of their role.
