As a Mortgage Operations Assessor, you'll play a vital role in supporting Westpac's mortgage business by providing exceptional service to our 3rd party broker network.
You'll be responsible for assessing loan applications, clarifying requirements, and ensuring compliance with credit policies.
Key responsibilities: Process loan applications: Review and assess mortgage applications from 3rd party brokers.Provide expert advice: Clarify loan requirements and guide brokers through the application process.Ensure compliance: Adhere to credit policies and regulatory guidelines.Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond promptly to inquiries and provide support to brokers. Shift: You'll be part of our afternoon shift team, working from 11am - 7pm,, Monday to Friday.
During training, you'll work from 9am to 5pm.

You'll need strong analytical skills to assess loan applications, verify documentation, and identify potential risks.
