The purpose of this role is to provide accounts support to the Gallagher broking and finance teams.
Key responsibilities include: Receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and credit card Allocation of credit and debit invoices Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds Weekly processing of underwriter payments.
Monthly processing of Subagent payments.
This is a great opportunity and to be considered , we are seeking a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance industry plus: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of accounts administration High attention to detail and levels of accuracy Excellent time management Strong teammate with willingness to support others Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders.
