YOUR Role as a Finance Administrator will involve processing invoices, expenses, and purchase orders promptly to ensure efficient financial operations. You will play a crucial part in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate records through meticulous data entry and bookkeeping. Supporting payroll preparation and assisting with budgeting activities will be key, along with ensuring strict adherence to financial policies and procedures to uphold compliance standards. Your contributions will extend to assisting with audits and fulfilling other financial responsibilities as required, ensuring that financial operations run smoothly and transparently.

YOUR Experience Will Include

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role.Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (experience with specific software/tools a plus).Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.Certification (e.g. AAT or ACCA) is a plus.Knowledge of financial regulations preferred.
